Innovation Yatra is a unique 5-day bus journey designed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship by inspiring and empowering individuals to become innovators in their own right. The primary objective of this Yatra is to introduce participants, or "yatris", to the vibrant innovation ecosystem of Telangana, with a specific focus on unsung heroes from rural Telangana who are local innovators. Through this immersive experience, yatris will not only learn about the challenges faced by these innovators and the communities that they deep dive with but will also be introduced to design thinking principles, enabling them to develop innovative solutions to the problems in the days to come.

Why be a part of the Innovation yatra?
Yatris will be introduced to design thinking methodologies and equipped to apply them to real-world problems, with a particular focus on addressing the challenges faced by communities.

Note: From the date of receiving the YIN and till the date of starting the yatra, the Yatri will be receiving a couple of communications to the email address mentioned while filling the form. We encourage the selected Yatris to regularly check the emails for further communications. We will also be conducting few sessions (virtually including the orientation sessions for the Yatra)

Innovation Yatra is a unique 5-day bus journey designed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship by inspiring and empowering individuals to become innovators in their own right. The Yatra kicks off from Kakatiya Sandbox on March 12, 2024. Yatris will traverse through Nizamabad, Nirmal, Adilabad, Siddipet, Sircilla, concluding the journey in Hyderabad on March 16, 2024.
Anyone between the age group 18 to 35 who is eager to explore and immerse themselves in various communities, spend five enriching days alongside like-minded individuals, and emerge with a fresh and insightful perspective on the communities they visit is encouraged to apply for the Yatra.
The selection process doesn't consider educational qualifications or academic results. We're seeking creative enthusiasts and individuals with a genuine passion for learning
Being an innovator/entrepreneur isn't a prerequisite. Our aim is to cultivate an innovation-driven culture and inspire individuals for societal betterment and personal development. This Yatra serves as the initial step for many budding entrepreneurs.Learning new skills will be your main outcome of the yatra.
We'll organize basic accommodation facilities at the visited localities. Facilitators will be readily available for any assistance, and food will be provided. While not mandatory, bringing a sleeping bag is advisable.
Your safety is our utmost priority. We have dedicated female facilitators available 24/7, and over 50% of our team comprises women to ensure a secure and comfortable trip. Feel free to approach them if needed. In case of feeling unsafe or threatened, please report immediately to the mentor nearest to you.
We'll have a medical kit on hand throughout our journey, ensuring immediate assistance if needed. Please carry your medications with you for any personal needs
