Phase I of Srushti Sangamam was launched as an online ideation bootcamp, bringing together innovators from diverse backgrounds. The objective was to help participants understand real-world problems and develop early-stage solution concepts through collaborative learning — with a strong focus on design thinking and analytical skill-building.

Srushti Sangamam is open to students, early-stage startups, grassroots innovators, and mentors who are passionate about solving community and urban challenges. There are no strict academic qualifications required — we value passion, curiosity, and a willingness to collaborate and learn.

No prior experience is needed. Srushti Sangamam is designed to welcome participants at all stages of their innovation journey. Whether you're a first-time innovator or an experienced entrepreneur, the program is structured to add value and build on your existing knowledge.

Srushti Sangamam is structured into multiple phases, each with different objectives and outcomes. Phase I focused on online ideation and design thinking. Subsequent phases will progress through prototype development, mentorship, pitching, and community impact. Updates on upcoming phases will be communicated to participants via email.

To apply, visit the ACIC-CBIT website and fill in your basic details, share your problem statement of interest, and upload the required identification proof. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview, after which selected participants will receive an official offer to join the program.
